The cottage consists of four fully furnished apartments:

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a spacious living room with fireplace, where they will spend evenings together tasting the flavors of Tuscany.

Apartment “Cocciano” sleeps 6
1 living room complete with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, fireplace and dishes. 1 double bedroom with the possibility of an additional single bed, 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. Independent heating. Outdoor area with barbecue.

Apartment “Il Granaio” sleeps 7
1 living room complete with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, fireplace and dishes. 1 double bedroom with the possibility of an additional single bed, 1 double bedroom with 2 additional single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is suitable for the disabled. Independant  heating. Outdoor area with barbecue.

Apartment “L’Arco” sleeps 2
1 living room includes cooking facilities, electric oven, fridge, satellite TV, fireplace and dishes. 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 loft. Independant heating. Outdoor area with barbecue.

Apartment “La Loggia” sleeps 5
1 living room complete with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, fireplace and dishes. 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 attic with single bed and fireplace. 2 bathrooms with shower. Independant  heating. Outdoor area with barbecue.
